What You’ll Do
Sitting within the Success Services team, Technical Account Managers are product subject matter experts who are focused on consulting with customers to build optimized technical solutions and deliver outcomes with Stensul. TAM's partner with Customer Success Managers to provide guidance on customer "steady state" (post-implementation) projects, guide customers integration strategy, partner with technology teams on end-user experiences, inform customers of optimized step to enable notable roadmap development areas, product updates, and liaise with Stensul development team and provide technical best practices.
Specific responsibilities include:
Continue the optimization of Stensul product knowledge post implementation, always working to deepen the customer relationship. Includes but is not limited to:
- Leading discovery calls
- Creating and reviewing email design specifications documentation
- Ownership and prioritization of tracking requirements and insights to the business on technical needs across a portfolio of customers
- Lead effective demos and help post-sales team position technical enhancements
- Project managing the build and testing it with the implementation developers
- Building and testing the customer instance when necessary
- Serving as a liaison between customer requirements and the product team
- Become an expert of Stensul's platform, enabling you to train anyone on getting the most value from the platform, creating customer documentation and answering any questions around the platform confidently
- Working with internal or external developers on new platform integrations based on customer requirements
- Partner with the Solutions Consulting and Product teams as necessary to research and scope prospective customer
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of technology implementation, technical consulting or dedicated technical support
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS B2B organization
- Enterprise or Strategic account management experience
- Project/program management experience
- Basic to advanced knowledge of HTML & CSS (ideally for email)
- Experience managing customer relationships independently and building strategies to make customers successful with new technologies
- Ability to influence outcomes cross-functionally without authority
- Nice to have background in marketing technology and functional knowledge with all leading ESP's and MAP's including Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Campaign and others
