We are hiring an Account Manager to to ensure the satisfaction and success of prospective clients by providing exceptional support, following up on their needs, and coordinating with internal parties. You will act as a liaison between accelerator participants and our operations team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

The Account Manager responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with venture capitalist clients
- Serve as their primary point of contact for clients prior to enrollment in a Decile Group offering
- Host various educational webinars about Decile offerings
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their objectives
- Support clients in navigating the Decile Partners platform, providing training and guidance on its features and functionality
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate client onboarding, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging impact investment opportunities, sharing relevant information with clients
- Track and report on key performance metrics, client feedback, and market developments, providing input for business strategy
What You Have:
- 5+ years experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services, investment, or startup ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with venture capitalist clients
- Masterful Zoom presentation capabilities both 1:1 and in large group settings
- Proven empathetic sales or account management upsell conversion experience
- Experienced in email drip design and in follow-up communication
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- High emotional intelligence and intuition
